- Great reviewsJob DetailsWe are looking for a highly skilled and
experienced Controls Engineer to join our dynamic team in the
technology industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in RsLogix, PLC Programming, HMI Programming, AutoCAD
Electrical, Solidworks Electrical, and Automation Systems. This is
a full-time position with minimal travel required.Responsibilities:
- Design and develop control systems for industrial automation
equipment
- Create electrical schematics, panel layouts, and wiring
diagrams using AutoCAD Electrical and Solidworks Electrical
software
- Develop PLC programs using RsLogix software
- Develop HMI programs for operator interfaces
- Test and troubleshoot control systems to ensure they meet
design specifications
- Work closely with project managers, electrical engineers, and
mechanical engineers to ensure project success
- Provide technical support to customers and assist with on-site
commissioning of control systems
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends to
ensure our control systems remain cutting-edgeQualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related
field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in controls engineering or
related field
- Strong knowledge of RsLogix, PLC Programming, HMI Programming,
AutoCAD Electrical, Solidworks Electrical, and Automation
Systems
- Experience with industrial communication protocols such as
Modbus, Ethernet/IP, and Profibus
- Experience with motor control systems and variable frequency
drives
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
