limitless.The Role: In this role, you will:Develop hardware
development project plans, schedule, cost, and risk
managementDetermine and define project scope and objectivesProvide
technical leadership to Design Engineers and program teamsDevelop
Basis of Estimates (BOE), Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and
resource requirements matricesDevelop and manage various program
status reports and briefings to internal and external
stakeholdersProvide technical support to contracts with vendors and
suppliersUtilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards
throughout the entire project lifecycleWho you are:You possess
excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple
component tasks and assignmentsYou possess excellent written and
verbal communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal
skills (Customers, Peers, Management and Suppliers)You're willing
to put in the time and effort it takes to get the job doneYou are
always looking for ways to do things better and fasterBecause this
role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and
independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format,
with time split between working onsite and remotely.Required
Education, Experience, & SkillsMust have a Bachelor's degreeMust
have 5+ years of engineering project management
experienceMechanical and/or Electrical Engineering
backgroundExcellent analytical skillsProven ability to complete
projects according to outlined scope, budget and timelineExperience
executing projects through the full development lifecycleUS
CitizenMust be capable of obtaining a U.S. DoD Secret security
clearancePreferred Education, Experience, & SkillsCandidates with
Bachelor's in EngineeringProject Management Professional (PMP)
certification preferredPast experience as a Project EngineerAbout
