The St. Ambrose University Department of Nursing in Davenport,
Iowa, invites applications for a full-time, 11-month clinical track
faculty position. We are seeking a qualified and dedicated nursing
professional to join a collaborative and mission-driven department
with a strong reputation for academic excellence and
student-centered learning. Faculty in this role play a vital part
in preparing the next generation of nurses by teaching in
classroom, laboratory, and clinical settings, helping students
develop both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
Instruction is delivered through a combination of face-to-face and
online modalities. Candidates must hold a master's degree in
nursing and be eligible for licensure as a registered nurse in the
state of Iowa; additional state licensure may be required. A
minimum of five years of professional nursing experience is
required, with preference given to those with a background in
behavioral health nursing. Faculty rank will be determined based on
the candidate's academic credentials and professional experience.
Evidence of effective teaching and scholarly engagement will
strengthen the application. The Department of Nursing is one of
seven health science departments within the College of Health and
