Position Title: Estimator / Customer Service Coordinator Wage:
$20/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 7:30am-4:30pm If you’re the kind of

Customer Service Coordinator Responsibilities include but are not
limited to: - Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a
professional and friendly manner - Provide customer service by
greeting walk-in customers, understanding their needs, and guiding
them through available services - Prepare accurate powder coating
quotes using measurements, pricing guidelines, and customer
specifications - Calculate square footage and other basic
measurements needed for pricing - Enter and manage customer orders
in internal systems - Maintain accurate records and assist with
general office tasks as needed - Communicate lead times, pricing,
and updates clearly with customers - Collaborate with the
production team to ensure orders are accurately documented - Assist
customers with motorcycle and car parts when identifying or
discussing coating needs - Uphold strong attention to detail and
mechanical common sense in all customer interactions and quoting
tasks Estimator / Customer Service Coordinator Requirements: - High
school diploma or equivalent required - Preferred working knowledge
of one or more: Excel, QuickBooks, Access Database - Basic math
skills, including the ability to calculate square footage - Strong
mechanical aptitude; ability to understand parts, processes, and
customer needs - Helpful knowledge of motorcycle and car parts -
Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to
multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment - Positive
attitude and professional demeanor - Preferred prior experience in
a customer-facing role - Preferred experience in manufacturing,
powder coating, automotive, or related industries is a plus -
Preferred strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
