Job Description Job Description Description: Job Summary: As an HVAC Technician at CellSite Solutions, you play a pivotal role in safely installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. The HVAC Technician will work on a crew and must have good interpersonal communication skills, as well as skills performing basic construction, electrical, and mechanical work. Duties/Responsibilities: Installation of new HVAC units, typically 3- and 5-ton units. Performs routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure they operate properly. Inspect and troubleshoot problems with existing HVAC units. Installs replacement parts on existing HVAC units. Compliance with company and industry safety standards. Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Travel is required. Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment. Ability to use power and hand tools. Ability to use thermometers, pressure gauges, and other testing devices to evaluate HVAC systems. Ability to follow instructions. Excellent communication skills required to interact with customers. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Related experience required. Apprentice, Journeyman, or Master License preferred. Physical Requirements: Physically able to work on HVAC units. Ability to work in all weather conditions. Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders. Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
