immediate opening for a Commercial Truck Body Shop Manager. The
successful candidate will be responsible for the successful
operation of the Body Shop department and its technicians including
the efficient and profitable operation of the department while
developing and maintaining a high level of overall customer
satisfaction with the dealership. Responsibilities: The Body Shop
Manager is responsible for the Body Shop and its technicians,
including the efficient and profitable operation of the department
while developing and maintaining a high level of overall customer
satisfaction with the dealership. Establish strategic and
operational goals and objectives. Establish Body Shop profit
targets and ensure operational goals are met. Foster effective and
timely communication between the Body Shop and all other
departments. Communicate with vendors on product and warranty
issues. Overall responsibility for upkeep and maintenance of
facility and grounds as budget guidelines and Operating Team
decisions dictate. Report problems and/or concerns to senior team.
