Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Financial Data Analyst to
support project-based financial reporting initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of customized financial reports for a
residential construction business
Gather and organize data from multiple systems for analysis
Collaborate with teams to define report requirements and present
insights to leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics,
Economics, or a related field
Proven experience as a financial or data analyst in a contract or
project role
Strong background in financial reporting, preferably in
construction or project-based industries
Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or
similar tools is a plus
Understanding of construction-specific financial concepts like job
costing and budget-to-actual reporting
