Job Description:

**Now Hiring Collection Specialists!**

A 3rd party healthcare billing company is looking for an entry-level collections specialist to join their team. This is a long-term position with advancement opportunities and opportunities to earn commission!

**Responsibilities:**

+ Perform outbound collection activities that conform to all federal and state regulations for the purpose of procuring payment in full or making payment arrangements for balances due on behalf of clients.

+ Negotiate voluntary payments; collect all payments in conformity with client expectations

+ Electronically note system with consumer response detail for all accounts

+ Gather information needed to determine the most appropriate collection action to take

**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**

+ High School diploma or GED Required

+ At least 6 months of customer service, banking, or collections experience

+ Proficient with computers and data entry tasks

+ Good people skills
